The Work

Symantec used an interactive WebGL experience to sell their hardware appliances by showcasing their capabilities & specifications. WebGL is a JavaScript API that enables hardware-accelerated rendering of 3D graphics within a web browser. Symantec created an interactive 3D model of their hardware appliances using WebGL, which allowed customers to explore the device's components & features. Through the WebGL experience, customers could zoom in & out, rotate the model, & click on individual components to learn more. The experience included annotations & pop-ups that provided additional information about the features & specifications of the hardware. The interactive WebGL experience was a successful sales tool for Symantec as it helped customers understand the benefits & advantages of using Symantec's hardware over other cybersecurity solutions.
